Your Garage, Your Way. Our Process Overview:
In the research phase, we will meet with you to determine your vision for your custom garage. Here is where we will gather your initial design ideas, size of your garage by sq foot (if it’s an existing build), and its main purpose on your property (e.g. storage, workshop, living space, etc.). In the research phase, we will also gather information about local zoning laws and regulations as necessary for permits and approvals.
Based on your design needs and preferences, our team will create a visual staging of your garage. This step will involve creating a detailed plan that includes all necessary features such as doors, windows, lighting, electrical outlets, and storage space. The design will be reviewed with you to ensure it meets your expectations.
Once the design is finalized, our team will work with you to make selections for materials, finishes, and other details. This may include choosing flooring, wall coverings, lighting fixtures, and other items that will be used in the construction of the garage. We will provide guidance and recommendations to help you make informed decisions.
With the design, selections and contract in place, we will begin construction of your custom garage. This step will involve site preparation, foundation work, framing, electrical and plumbing installation, and finishing work such as drywall and painting (electrical and plumbing dependencies vary on package).
Once the construction is complete, our team will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure that everything exceeds your expectations. We will address any final issues or concerns and provide any necessary maintenance or warranty information. You will then be able to begin using your new custom garage for its intended purpose.
