After leaving Clemson University with a degree in Financial Management. Owner Otto Anderson decided to focus on his familial heritage which was real estate. During the past two decades Otto learned every step of the construction / development process under the employment of a National Development Company. Finally Otto decided to break away and start his own firm specializing in custom homes and commercial projects. Otto holds an Unlimited General Contractors License as well as a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License. He also assists individuals interested in consultations on development projects.
