Once the construction process begins our building process is interactive.  We understand this is not our home, but yours.  From the start, we provide you with realist project schedule by outlining important dates and deadlines.  Depending on your home’s design, a specific team of craftsmen, trade partners, and vendors will be assembled to insure the success of your project.

POST-CONSTRUCTION

Although we strive for zero defects through the use of quality materials and craftsmanship.  We are realistic enough to know that items may not perform as intended.  When this occurs we will make the necessary corrections in a timely and efficient manner.  We encourage our clients to monitor the performance of their home and keep us informed of any problems if they should occur.
